About 8Compute
An incremental strategy game about growing a compute business. Run the model to earn resources, then buy workers and expand production. It is a longer-running idle game, not a five-minute arcade round.
What the AI does: The creator discloses Codex-assisted development and AI cover art, and explicitly says no generative AI runs during play.
Before you play
Choose this for incremental upgrades and resource tradeoffs. ABG ran the model three times and bought a worker; automatic production activated. Saves are local: the itch.io and standalone versions may not share progress. Long-term balance and save recovery remain untested.

What we checked
On the creator-linked standalone site, ran the model three times: Intelligence and cash increased, the worker purchase unlocked, and buying one worker enabled automatic production. Later phases and endings were not tested.

- Started without an account or payment. The creator describes an evolving playtest with browser-local saves; switching between itch.io and the standalone domain may not preserve progress.

- Desktop mouse interaction checked. Phone, touch and Chromebook hardware remain untested; no mobile support claim is made here.
